Higher Education Policy Professional

I  am passionate about making higher education accessible to students from all backgrounds. From 2009 to 2015, I worked on admission policy for the University of California, Office of the President. Now I work on financial aid and affordability issues.

Personal

I live and work in Oakland, California with my husband and our cats. I love Oakland and my three boys. We also love to travel (without the cats).

Politics and Policy

As a recent graduate of the UC Berkeley Goldman School of Public Policy, I love a good discussion about policy, economics, or politics. Higher education, LGBT rights, social policy, and arts and cultural policy are of particular interest to me. Speaking Truth to Power!
